Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for boba and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Attitude: Positive, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work varying shifts as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
