Job description

Baristas Wanted - Raleigh Raw, Downtown Raleigh

We’ve been making everything from scratch at 7 W. Hargett St. since March 2016. That means organic coffee, cold-pressed juice, and food people cross downtown for. Raleigh voted us Best Juice Bar, and we’d like to keep it that way.

We’re a crew of 20 and we’re looking for a few more baristas.

You’re probably a fit if:

• You’ve worked behind a bar, a counter, or in a kitchen and you know what a rush feels like
• You’re into scratch made to order cuisine, and you’d rather serve something real
• You like people. Talking to them, remembering their order, making your morning a little better
• You notice the details: the milk temp, the sticky counter, the regular who looks off today
• You’ve got opinions about music. The playlist matters here.

What you’ll actually do:

• Make hot and cold drinks the right way, every time
• Keep your station clean enough that you’d be proud to have it photographed
• Follow health and safety standards (we take this seriously, so you should too)
• Be the reason someone comes back tomorrow

The details:

• $20-$25/hour
• Weekends are a must, since that’s when downtown shows up
