Birdie's Barroom and Kitchen in Raleigh, NC is seeking a friendly part-time Barista to greet guests, describe our coffee and drinks, and craft quality beverages following familiar recipes. Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide customer feedback.
• Educate customers on the drinks menu, make recommendations based on customer preferences, and upsell specials.
• Take customer orders and payments, operate tills and card machines, and handle cash and credit card payments.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following recipes and techniques.
• Prepare and serve food items, such as baked goods and pastries.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, seating areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Comply with health and safety laws and guidelines. Open and close the store.
