Starting pay up to $16.00 an hour plus tips* based on shift.

Job Overview:

Responsible for greeting guests, taking orders and payments, preparing and delivering coffee and non-coffee products promptly, and fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere. Also responsible for cash reconciliation.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests and take orders using the Point Of Sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit cards, gift certificates, and comps.
• Prepare beverages and serve food according to policies.
• Build ongoing relationships with guests.
• Manage cash drawer and perform reconciliation at shift end.
• Complete side duties, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service roles.
• Clear communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to pass basic math test.
