American Dining Creations, a division of American Food & Vending, is hiring a Barista in Olathe, KS. You will prepare hot and cold beverages, educate guests on drinks menu, and take orders with upselling. You’ll operate the POS, handle cash, restock, and keep areas clean in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll work a Monday–Friday shift, starting pay at $18/hour, with weekly pay and benefits. Lift up to 30 lbs and stand for shifts. Join a team that delivers great guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior cashier and POS experience is preferred.
• Previous coffee bar and brewing equipment experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe standards to prepare coffee and tea drinks; customize as requested.
• Serve food and baked goods; may include sandwiches, muffins, or bagels.
• Operate POS to complete orders and handle payments.
• Restock supplies, restock coolers, and take inventory as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and service areas.
• Deliver friendly, professional service to guests and team members.

*Monday - Friday | 7AM - 2:30PM **Pay*: Starting at $18/hourly*Location: *Olathe, Kansas*Summary:* A Barista with American Dining Creations will provide exceptional customer service through the preparation and serving of hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. Educate guests on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders.
