Collaborate with the Head Barista to evolve the coffee program, engage warmly with guests, and contribute to a no-attitude culture that celebrates growth and curiosity. Training, advancement, and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a barista or café-focused role.
• Genuine passion for coffee and the craft behind it.
• Confidence with espresso and filter preparation.
