Collaborate with the Head Barista to evolve the coffee program, engage warmly with guests, and contribute to a no-attitude culture that celebrates growth and curiosity. Training, advancement, and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a barista or café-focused role.
• Genuine passion for coffee and the craft behind it.
• Confidence with espresso and filter preparation.
• Positive, energetic personality that lifts the vibe.
• Natural team player who thrives on collaboration.
• Curiosity, humility, and drive to improve.
• Understanding of café culture and conversation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare drinks to high standards, focusing on quality and speed.
• Manage bar flow and adjust during rush periods to keep things humming.
• Own your space—keep the bar clean, organized, and dialed.

• Collaborate with the Head Barista to build structure and evolve the coffee program.
• Support the team during DOH inspections and daily compliance checks.
