Job summary

Cafe Radici on Madison Avenue in Manhattan is launching as a contemporary Italian café & bistrot. We are assembling our opening team and seeking professional baristas who bring speed, consistency and hospitality to every guest.

Starting in the first weeks of October 2026, full-time and part-time positions are available with early morning to afternoon shifts; NYC hospitality experience is a plus, and latte art knowledge is highly valued.

CAFE RADICI is opening soon on Madison Avenue! Opening planned for the first weeks of October, and we are building our opening team.. CAFE RADICI is a new Italian contemporary café & bistrot in Manhattan, combining Italian hospitality, specialty coffee, fresh food and a modern all-day café experience.. We are looking for BARISTAS who are professional, energetic, reliable and genuinely enjoy hospitality.. We want people who understand that being a great barista is not only about making a beautiful cappuccino — it is about speed, consistency, cleanliness, attention to detail and creating a great experience for every guest.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous barista experience in a busy café, restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong espresso and milk-steaming skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service.
• Friendly and confident customer interaction.
• Excellent organization and cleanliness.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to learn our recipes, standards and service style.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced opening environment.
• NYC hospitality experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of latte art and specialty coffeeis highly appreciated.

Location: Madison Avenue, Manhattan.

Opening: First weeks of October 2026.

Position: Barista.
