16 On Center LLC is seeking a friendly Barista for Olly Olly Market in New York. You will create a warm, welcoming experience for guests while preparing espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to our recipes and standards.

You will engage guests, maintain a clean cafe, operate espresso equipment, and work with a team to ensure smooth daily service, especially during market events and peak periods. Prior barista experience and a passion for coffee are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow DOH guidelines and maintain cleanliness at all times.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth daily service.
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates throughout shifts.

Requirements
