Position Overview

In your position as a Barista, you will be responsible for possessing an in-depth knowledge of all Just Love procedures and processes outlined in the operations manual and the ability to carry them out with a high degree of efficiency.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Create a positive guest experience by providing high-quality service.
• Complete all assigned tasks for each shift with attention to detail and pride.
• Develop knowledge of food safety and handling procedures, ensuring compliance with all codes and standards.
• Foster a working environment aligned with Just Love's core values.

Expectations/Benchmarks

• Successfully run shifts, including meeting targeted ticket times.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items.
• Drive sales growth through excellent guest service and marketing initiatives.

Reports to: Lead Barista

Probationary Period: 90 days, during which employment is at-will.

Training: Provided via a written manual and ongoing support to ensure comprehensive understanding of the role.

Compensation: Subject to change at management’s discretion, communicated prior to payroll updates.
