Please & Thank You in Louisville, KY is hiring for part-time and full-time, on-site roles. We’re building a team of hospitality-minded people who enjoy serving guests and growing in coffee knowledge.

As a team member you’ll create a warm atmosphere, craft espresso drinks to high standards, and handle orders and payments accurately. Base wage plus tips is $16/hr guaranteed, with PTO, holiday pay, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and serving people.
• Curiosity and care about the craft.
• Calm, reliable presence in a busy environment.
• Availability for early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Barista/food service experience welcomed but not required.
• Attention to detail and openness to feedback.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.

Please & Thank You is building a team of high performers who are eager to serve guests, grow in their knowledge of coffee and hospitality, and be a key contributor to the team around them as well as to the company as a whole. Hospitality comes first, for guests and for each other, and every team member plays a direct role in that, everyday.

We are looking for driven and coachable team members who enjoy working with people and serving others.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for hospitality and serving people
• Curiosity and care about the craft
• A calm, reliable presence in a busy work environment
• Availability for some early mornings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
• Prior barista or food service experience is a plus, not required
• Attention to detail and being receptive to direct feedback
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
