Position Overview:

V&E Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our coffee shop. Key Responsibilities:

1. Coffee Preparation

   • Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and brewed coffee.
   • Ensure consistent quality in every cup by adhering to established recipes and brewing techniques.
   • Keep equipment clean and well-maintained to uphold hygiene and safety standards.

2. Customer Service

   • Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
   • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, while addressing any specific preferences or dietary requirements.
   • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

3. Cash Handling

   • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
   • Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.
   • Provide customers with receipts and manage change efficiently.

4. Team Collaboration

   • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
   • Communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
   • Assist with cleaning and restocking tasks as needed.

5. Quality Control

   • Monitor and maintain the freshness and quality of coffee beans and other ingredients.
