Job summary

Snooze is a full-service breakfast restaurant seeking energetic baristas to craft beverages and brunch experiences. You’ll take orders, prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and welcome guests.

You’ll handle payments, keep bar clean, assist with inventory, and support timely service. County certifications are required; no late nights. Benefits include insurance, retirement plans, birthday meal, and volunteer days.

The Position Specifics

You will be preparing and perfecting barista beverages and crafty cocktails. You make brunch even better!

• Accurately, professionally and energetically take beverage orders from Guests and servers, recording immediately in our POSsystem
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Snooze Beverage Doctrine
• Create a welcoming experience for barista counter Guests by learning names and orderpreferences
• Accept Guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change (if applicable)
• Maintains bottles, glasses, coffee, and coffee equipment in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including espresso/coffee makers, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storageareas
• Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the breakfastcounter
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies

Certification Requirements

All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
