Snooze Laguna Niguel is seeking friendly, energetic team members to provide attentive breakfast and brunch service. You will welcome guests, know our menu, and help with food and drink service, seating, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

Qualifications

• All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment (California RBS certification).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests into our home, get to know them, and treat each and every Guest like a VIP.
• Have knowledge of every product and ingredient in house and know why they are the best.
• Deliver food and beverages, seat guests, bus tables, build relationships, and help wherever needed.
• Maintain a clean restaurant from tables to terminals, refrigeration units to host stands.
• Observe Guests and ensure ultimate satisfaction with food, service, and ambiance.

Required Certification (Must obtain prior to employment):

• All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment, including but not limited to California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification that meets the state’s standards.
