Job summary

Smugglers' Notch Resort in Vermont is seeking a friendly barista to serve our coffee and tea offerings with individualized attention, helping guests enjoy premium beverages and experiences.

You will handle cash, deliver great service, and follow store guidelines while representing the shop professionally. Must be able to work any weekday, weekend or holiday shift; uniform shirt is provided and pants are furnished by the employee under department rules. Pre-season training is mandatory.

Job description

Baristas are responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. They are also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and teas. The barista fulfills any other duties the store manager, assistant manager or shift supervisor assigns and represents the shop in a professional manner.

Must have cash handling and customer service skills. Must be able to work any weekday, weekend or holiday shift scheduled. Uniform shirt is provided. Pants to be furnished by employee under department guidelines. All pre-season training mandatory. Previous barista experience preferred but not mandatory.
