Position Summary

Perform opening and closing duties such as setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Input orders into the cash register system and collect payments. Take orders, record in MICROS system, and prepare food and coffee beverages. Ensure appliances are turned on/off at appropriate times. Bus coffee cart areas and tables. Clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day. Manage cash, count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure bank.

Follow all company safety and security policies; report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions; complete safety training. Maintain a professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets. Greet guests, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests sincerely. Communicate clearly and professionally. Develop positive relationships and support team goals. Adhere to quality standards. Verify information visually, inspect tools and equipment, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds. Move through confined spaces, stairs, and ramps. Reach overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, and stooping as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
