Job summary

Hyatt Regency Green Bay is seeking a Barista to serve guests at the hotel market, bringing coffee connoisseurship, espresso knowledge, and a commitment to sanitation. The Barista will engage guests with casual conversation, provide menu recommendations, and maintain a clean, attractive coffee bar in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment on site in downtown Green Bay.

Position Summary:

The Barista will be responsible for serving all guests in the market.The right person should be a coffee connoisseur, have a good understanding of espresso equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive coffee bar.This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity, and allows for building on ones' style and previous barista experiences.
