Greater Grounds Coffee Shop, part of Presbyterian Night Shelter’s Greater Good Collective, invites applicants for a Barista Shift Lead (Part Time) in Fort Worth, TX. You will supervise a cafe team, train baristas, manage opening/closing, and ensure beverage quality and safety.
Ideal candidates have at least six months of food service or shift-lead experience, strong customer service, and flexibility for weekends. Texas Food Handlers Card preferred; valid Texas driver's license required.

The Barista Shift Lead oversees daily café operations while providing excellent customer service and beverage preparation. Responsibilities include training and supporting baristas, supervising shift operations, managing inventory levels and supply orders, handling cash procedures and deposits, and ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards are maintained. This role also assists with opening and closing duties, resolves customer concerns professionally, and helps create an efficient, team-oriented work environment.
$14.00 per hour
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 6:00 am to 1:00 pm
*Will be notified two-weeks prior to any shift changes for coverage purposes
