Job summary

Motek, a Mediterranean concept restaurant, is seeking a skilled barista to join the team and ensure guests have an amazing experience by crafting exceptional drinks and delivering friendly service.

You will operate espresso machines, maintain beverage quality, and work with a team to provide efficient, attentive service while handling POS transactions in a clean, welcoming environment. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience (min 1 year) in a fast-paced cafe or bakery setting.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and machine operation.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to speak English proficiently; bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
