Job summary

Legends Global operates Elevate Café at the Dayton Convention Center in Dayton, OH. The café position seeks a friendly, energetic barista to provide fast, accurate drink preparation, handle cash transactions, and deliver excellent customer service in a busy environment.

Responsibilities include operating espresso equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting events with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Experience

• Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and comfort handling transactions.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Skills And Abilities

• Experience with espresso machines and drink preparation
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
