Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a café role at our Concord property in the United States. You will prepare coffee beverages, serve food, and provide friendly service to guests while maintaining a clean and well-stocked café area.

The role requires flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and learning within a supportive team and benefits package offered by Atrium.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required; food service experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, upbeat personality with a passion for making people feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences.
• Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked, from pastries to retail displays.
• Share your knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer in line with company policy.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all equipment and food areas stay clean and compliant.
