As a Barista, you are the foundation of the coffee shop. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, educating customers about premium coffees, teas, and drinks, and fulfilling additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

You must display a positive attitude at all times to ensure customer retention. Responsibilities include maintaining, opening, and closing the coffee station, ensuring cleanliness and proper inventory. You will be trained to make fine espresso drinks, addressing factors such as grinding, tamping pressure, milk temperature, and brewing fresh coffee. Additionally, you will prepare other drinks like juice or milk-based beverages.
