Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is hiring a Cafe Associate at the Burnet Campus to prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items following recipes and standards. You will provide friendly service, operate the POS, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation during the 2pm–10:30pm shift for a full-time schedule.

With 1–2 years of barista experience or equivalent and a high school diploma, you will contribute to a team that delivers quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to recipes and standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• Monitor product quality and follow food safety guidelines
• Support team operations and assist with other duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities

Schedule: Shift is from 2pm-10:30pm, 40 hours/week. Includes a mandatory every other weekend and every other holiday rotation

• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to recipes and standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately
• Stock and replenish food, beverage, and retail items
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• Monitor product quality and follow food safety guidelines
• Support team operations and assist with other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, stock, push, and pull supplies and equipment
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
