Responsibilities

1. Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the company's culture, values, and mission.
2. Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to ensure store standards are met.
3. Evaluate environment and customer cues to anticipate needs.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer needs.
5. Follow operational policies for cash handling, safety, and security.
6. Keep workspace clean and organized.
7. Provide quality beverages consistently by following recipes.
8. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
9. Maintain punctual attendance.

Qualifications

1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
2. Quick learner of procedures, processes, and product knowledge.
3. 1-2 years experience in food/beverage or retail/hospitality.
4. Barista, Nutrition, or Culinary education is a plus.
5. Must obtain a California Food Handlers License prior to employment.

Shifts and Physical Requirements

Flexible hours Monday-Sunday, including weekends and holidays. Physical demands include standing, lifting, reaching, and tasting abilities, with accommodations available for disabilities.

Additional Information
