The Barista I provides exceptional customer service while preparing hand-crafted, quality beverages. Responsibilities include taking orders, making coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications, operating cash registers and credit card machines, and maintaining good customer relations and efficient service. Additional duties may include operating and cleaning coffee machines, maintaining the cleanliness of the work area, and handling inventory.
Minimum Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Certifications: Starbucks Baristas must obtain Starbucks Barista Certification within 30 days of employment.
