Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk in Black Hawk, Colorado, is hiring a Barista for the overnight shift. You will greet guests, take and deliver beverage orders, and enter orders into the POS system while maintaining cleanliness and accuracy.

As a full-time team member, you’ll handle cash, stock duties, and communicate guest feedback to management. The role offers benefits and opportunities across multiple dining outlets within the resort.

• Clear and clean tables in the coffee lounge area and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Handle cash accurately, perform assigned stocking and cleaning duties, and check with the manager when the shift is completed.
• Communicate effectively with management about guest feedback and any issues that arise.
• Promote positive guest relations, assist guests as needed, handle products properly to reduce expenses, and use suggestive up-selling to increase revenue.
