Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Barista at our Starbucks location in Appleton, WI. The role focuses on providing prompt service, preparing quality beverages, and keeping a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

Experience is not required; you will join a team that values initiative, reliability, and strong customer service to ensure a positive guest experience across shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Essential Job Functions

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• No previous experience required.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift.
• Lifting Fifty (30) pounds maximum.
• Constant standing & walking required.
• Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling.
