Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a friendly Barista at Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim to welcome guests and prepare beverages and light bites. You will handle orders, operate the POS, and maintain a clean, inviting station while following safety and service standards.

You'll work mornings and weekends, demonstrate strong English communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Training will cover menu specifics, cash handling, and guest service excellence in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Job description

Location: Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim

Life as a Barista:

• Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual.
• Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned.
• Answer any guest questions about the menu.
• Operate the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system (where applicable).
• Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

• Ability to work AM shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Safe food handling and Smart Serve certificates required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
• Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• General knowledge of food and food preparation techniques.
