Job summary

You will manage data analysis, infection control, risk management, staff education, and marketing activities to grow the Bariatric program, drive patient access, and optimize resources while ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of patient care across the service line.

Qualifications

• Three years of current experience in bariatrics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate the bariatric program.
• Lead data analysis, program development, and process improvements.
• Facilitate patient seminars and staff education.
• Market the Bariatric program.
• Review marketing materials and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate staff and manage workflow to maximize productivity while ensuring quality patient care.
• Recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation of assigned staff.
