Memorial Health System is seeking a Bariatric Program Lead—Outpatient RN for the Springfield IL area. This onsite role focuses on coordinating the Bariatric Surgery Program, education for staff and patients, and maintaining MBSAQIP-aligned clinical pathways.

Strong clinical experience and data management skills are essential. The RN will liaison with surgeons, departments, and primary care providers, ensuring safety and high-quality care throughout pre- and post-operative pathways.

Competenze

• Three years of clinical experience required.
• Data management experience required.
• Experience providing education and presentations for consumers/public.

Mansioni

• Coordinate clinical aspects of the Bariatric Surgery Program.
• Liaise between hospital departments, patients, and surgeons’ offices.
• Ensure MBSAQIP guidelines are incorporated into program design and operations.
• Plan staff and patient education related to bariatric care.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary clinic visits for pre- and post-operative care.
