Chesapeake Regional Medical Center seeks a Bariatric Program Coordinator to lead the accredited bariatric program and related weight loss services. The role provides clinical leadership, strategic advisement, and quality improvement initiatives, coordinating care across a multi-disciplinary team and MBSAQIP standards.

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse required.
• Four years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting in a coordinator or leadership role.
• Experience working with bariatrics preferred.
• Certification as a Bariatric Nurse or willingness to obtain.

• Lead and develop the MBSAQIP-accredited bariatric program and related weight loss services.
• Coordinate education seminars, patient pathways, and multidisciplinary plans of care.
• Monitor program processes, budgets, and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Chair the Bariatric QA Committee and report on quality metrics.
• Educate CRMC staff and physicians; maintain bariatric resource materials.
