Requirements include an RN license in the state, knowledge of bariatric care, and strong communication, budgeting, and presentation skills. A BSN is preferred, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice.
• Experience with bariatric surgery and bariatric patient care.
• Knowledge of program development, operations, presentation and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote and coordinate the Bariatric Program and services at Mercy Hospital.
• Perform duties consistent with established practice standards and Mercy's values.
• Coordinate team efforts and ensure high-quality bedside patient care.
