Job summary
Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Bariatric Registered Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting at our Bangor, MA location. You will join a collaborative team focused on improving patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.
The role requires RDN or CDR eligibility, proper licensure, and a strong clinical background in dietetics. Full-time, outpatient clinic setting with Monday–Friday schedule. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
Qualifications
- RDN eligibility or CDR exam eligibility.
- Licensed Dietitian in the practicing state where the job is located.
- Healthcare experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical training encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop care plans.
- Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education in acute care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
- Apply evidence-based nutrition care consistent with the diet manual and policies.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Support staff and dietetic interns through education and training.
