Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and outpatient education in the Pediatric Outpatient Endocrinology clinic in Bangor, ME. You will work with a collaborative team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

The position requires RDN or CDR eligibility, licensure in the state, and typically 2 years of specialized experience. Schedule is M-F with no weekends, and online applications are accepted.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice.
• Specialty certification when required.
• Two years of work experience in the specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for pediatric endocrinology patients.
• Education: Provide nutrition guidance to patients, families, staff on lifestyle strategies for long-term wellness.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply current research to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management to meet patient satisfaction goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns.
