Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of a high-volume bariatric center to ensure smooth patient navigation.
• Participates in direct patient contact and scheduling across pre- and post-operative care.
• Conducts community outreach through informational seminars, support groups, and events.
• Educates patients on pre-surgical testing, insurance requirements, and program details.
• Manages surgical scheduling with patients, OR, physicians, and insurers.
• Assists in financial coordination including insurance submissions and payment plans.
