Job summary

Must be coachable, with basic machinery knowledge and strong communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent is required; 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of related labor/operational experience preferred.
• Valid/current driver’s license required.
• Dependable transportation to designated TRS locations required.
• Ability to work varied hours, holidays and weekends.
• Pre-employment background and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including shoveling and sweeping.
• Operate unloading/loading equipment and heavy machinery such as material handlers, Skid Steer Loader, Front-End Loader.
• Consult with personnel on machine specs and safety procedures for tasks.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs and adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Communicate site activities and report as required.
• Complete unloading and related tasks efficiently.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
