Job summary

Rio Marine, Inc. in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Full Time Field Technician to support barge engine diagnostics, servicing and maintenance. The role involves in-shop work, on-site engine PMs, and occasional travel to other locations in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Trouble shoot and diagnostics for service and project jobs on barge engines.
• In shop disassembly and reassembly of barge engine packages.
• Perform engine PM services on barges.
• Operate power tools safely.
• On-call as directed; travel to other locations as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and support Rio Marine operations.
