Diesel Barbershop Franchising in Summerville, SC is seeking a friendly, organized barbershop coordinator to greet clients, schedule appointments, and support barbers with basic administrative tasks.

You'll work 25-32 hours weekly, with evenings and weekends required, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that delivers a high-quality experience to every client.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

• Proficient in using computer systems and booking software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the barbershop.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our booking system.
• Provide information to clients regarding services, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Sweep and tidy up the barbershop floor regularly.
• Fold and organize towels and other linens.
• Assist barbers with any administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Manage inventory of retail products and restock as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
