Qualifications

• Valid, current barber license.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality services by consulting with clients and applying the appropriate service techniques.
• Educate clients about home care and recommending services and products.
• Employ best practices for customer service and client satisfaction.
• Provide quality consultations with each client, including stating the final price before the service begins.
• Complete required administrative tasks (POS) and scheduling promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and leadership.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards set by Regis.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduled shifts, including night/weekend shifts.
• Attend required technical training sessions.
