Qualifications

• Barber license required.
• Must maintain a valid Barber license.
• All Supercuts (SC) Barbers/Stylists/in-Training must participate in the Hair Stylist Academy program.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality services by consulting with clients and applying the appropriate service techniques.
• Recommend and participate in local marketing initiatives including coupon campaigns and client appreciation events.
• Educate clients about home hair care and recommend services/products to maintain hairstyle.
• Maintain high customer service standards and build client loyalty.
• State final price and perform required administrative tasks (POS, scheduling).
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and leadership; follow Regis policies.
