Job summary

Milan Institute is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Barber/Cosmetology Instructor to mentor, teach and motivate students in a dual-role capacity.

The role involves teaching on the clinic floor and classroom, using a company-approved curriculum, and preparing students for the State Board exam while following regulatory rules. Day and evening shifts available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current Barber license per State requirement.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of Barber experience.
• Prior teaching experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Computer skills necessary.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
