Job summary

Milan Institute in Plano is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Barber/Cosmetology Instructor to mentor, teach and motivate students on the clinic floor and in classrooms using a company-approved curriculum. The role focuses on preparing students to pass the State Board exam, ensuring compliance with board rules, and participating in administrative duties such as grading, attendance, and counseling.

• Current Barber license per State requirement.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Barber experience.
• Prior teaching experience preferred but not required.

Milan Institute is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Barber/Cosmetology Instructor to serve in a dual-role position. Instructors to mentor, teach and motivate our students. If you are ready to share your knowledge and skills in the Barber industry with our students.
