Qualifications

Texas barber or cosmetology license required.
Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to consult on styles, upsell products, and build clientele.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients about hair, style preferences, and desired results.
Recommend cuts and styles based on face shape, hair type, and lifestyle.
Perform high-quality haircuts, trims, fades, shaves, styling, and grooming.
Shampoo and condition hair as needed and maintain sanitation.
Color services as permitted by license and provide product education.
Build relationships with new and returning clients to encourage repeat business.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
Follow safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements and support teammates.
