Hair Cuttery Family of Brands seeks a licensed barber to join our energetic team and turn precision into strong earnings. You bring Cuts, Fades, Color, and a client-focused approach; we provide the chair, location, and premium tools to help you maximize your earnings from day one.

This role offers up to 75% commission, walk-in opportunities, a structured 8-level career ladder, affordable pricing levels, and ongoing mastery classes.

Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Flexible schedule: night/weekend/holiday availability.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and client consultation.
• Bonus points if you have an established book of clients and can grow it.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services including cuts, fades, and color.
• Consult with clients to determine desired styles and outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary shop and follow safety standards.
• Grow earnings through service and retail commissions and tips.
