Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Nashville is now hiring licensed barbers for our upcoming July opening. If you're skilled with fades, men's haircuts, and clipper work and want to be part of a high-energy barbershop team, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-volume shop delivering quality barbering services while building your own steady book of clients. This is a great opportunity for barbers who thrive in energetic environments and enjoy connecting with a wide range of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional barber services including fades, tapers, clipper cuts, straight razor work, and beard grooming
• Create a great client experience through strong customer service and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow sanitation standards
• Stay efficient and adaptable in a busy shop setting, including weekends
• Support a team-focused, upbeat shop culture

Compensation & Perks

$30-$55+ per hour: hourly guarantee or commission, whichever is higher
Includes service commissions, tips, product commissions, and bonuses
