Duties

• Perform haircuts, shaves, and beard trims with precision and creativity.
• Provide hair styling services.
• Sanitize tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment.

• Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement services provided.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Must come with clientele. Shop is in a heavily trafficked area, so we'll be able to build your client base in the future.
• Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of retail math.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
• A valid barbering license as required by state regulations is mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• 1 year of barbering experience (Preferred).
