Job summary

Puttshack is seeking an attentive Barback to support bartenders and keep the bar and dining areas stocked, clean, and visually appealing. The role contributes to delivering a world-class guest experience in a lively, tech-infused environment.

Typical schedules are flexible with 15–30 hours weekly, open seven days. You’ll work with a team to ensure smooth service and maintain cleanliness and safety standards across bar and service areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to apply.
• Prior experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Maintain a pace sufficient to keep up with guest visits at varying levels.
• Clean and stock glassware and other bar items (napkins, straws, etc.).
• Assist bartenders with refilling bottles and prepping garnishes.
• Clean spills and broken glasses; keep areas tidy and safe.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow all rules, policies, and the Associate Handbook.
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including opening/closing duties.
