Montage Deer Valley in Utah is seeking a Barback who thrives in a luxury hotel environment. You will support bartenders, maintain bar stations, stock wells, glassware, and assist with drink preparation while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and comply with state alcohol laws.
• Prior food and beverage operations experience is a plus.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• You enjoy assisting with spirits, wine, beer and food.
• You are trustworthy and have integrity.
• Basic communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Consistently follow Food & Beverage sequence of service while maintaining equipment and glassware.
• Primarily assist bartenders’ needs, including mixing and serving drinks.
• Work as a team and communicate with management and staff.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
