Job summary

Buckandhoneys is seeking a Barback to join our Front of House team in Monona, WI. You will support the bartender, keep the bar stocked, and help ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking, and assisting with opening/closing tasks, while representing the Buckandhoneys brand with professionalism and a friendly demeanor in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, planning, organizing and time management skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team and also independently.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance.
• Ability to use restaurant software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Keeps all alcohol quantities stocked throughout shift.
• Ensures bartender has everything needed to keep service smooth.
• Cleans glasses and maintains garnishes, liquor, beer and ice levels.
• Represents and acts as an ambassador for the Buckandhoneys brand.
• Cleaning, stocking, and assisting with opening/closing tasks as needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests and take incoming orders via POS system.
