Position

Wal dorf Astoria Orlando is seeking a Barback to join the Peacock Alley Team!

Located near Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property features 502 rooms, 30,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets, including 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

Classification and Schedule

Full-Time
Various shifts available; must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve orders from storeroom, check stock, and reconcile with requisitions to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare garnishes, fruits, and mix juices; store backup supplies.
• Assist in stocking and maintaining the bar, including paper products, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
• Transport and replace beer kegs; perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and storage spaces according to safety and health regulations.
